Asc. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Halil Yıldırım is a prominent academic and researcher specializing in Medical Genetics and Regenerative Medicine. He currently serves as Chair of the Department of Medical Genetics at Ahi Evran University Faculty of Medicine and is widely recognized for his international collaborative projects and scientific contributions in the field.


Dr. Yıldırım has collaborated with cell cultivation laboratories worldwide, including institutions in France, Italy, Germany, the USA, Russia, Israel, and several other countries. He is also the founder and head of the mRNA Vaccine Technology Laboratory, and currently serves as the Coordinator of cutting-edge vaccine and molecular therapy programs under the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK).


Throughout his career, he has published numerous scientific studies in prestigious international medical journals, contributing significantly to advancements in regenerative sciences.


Notably, in collaboration with Istanbul Medipol University and Istanbul University of Health Sciences, Dr. Yıldırım has trained approximately 4,000 medical doctors in Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Therapies. He has earned recognition as the physician who has provided the highest number of certifications and trainings in stem cell therapy worldwide.


Dr. Yıldırım has been part of some of the most reputable stem cell research and therapy teams globally, working on regenerative solutions for chronic cardiac insufficiency, joint degeneration, neurological pathologies, and healthy aging support. His expertise also encompasses complex and progressive conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).


With a strong focus on translational research bridging molecular genetics and clinical applications, Dr. Yıldırım continues to play a pivotal role in shaping Turkey’s presence in global biomedical innovation.
